I ordered from royce.us and the shipping was kind of just okay. Like, it didn’t take some crazy long time or anything, but it definitely wasn’t as fast as I was hoping. The tracking was a bit slow to update too, so I was basically just guessing when it might get here. The package did show up in good shape, so that part was fine. Overall, not a big problem, just wish the delivery moved a little quicker

I just bought this recently, my first reaction was that it doesn’t really feel worth the price. Maybe I expected more, but based on my latest experience with it, I’d probably pass unless it goes on sale.

I got my initials added, mostly because I’ve been trying to stop mixing up my stuff with everyone else’s, and it came out really clean. It wasn’t too flashy or overdone, just a nice simple touch. Shipping was fine too, nothing crazy, and I’d definitely buy again.

I had a easy time browsing around the site and finding what I needed, the pages were simple enough to use and nothing felt confusing, but when I got to checkout it did feel a little slow and I was kind of waiting longer than I expected.

I had to exchange a wallet for a different size, and support did get back to me, so that part was fine. The return just took longer than I expected?? Not a huge deal, but it was a little annoying waiting longer than I thought I would

The leather feels genuine, like it has that sturdy, real-leather feel and not that plasticky fake stuff, which I was kind of worried about at first. The stitching looked mostly neat too, so overall it gives a solid impression. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no real issues there. I did take off one star though because the packaging had a few small marks on it, which isn’t a huge deal, but still something I noticed when it arrived.

I ordered from Royce and the package showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Most of what I got was correct, but one part of the order didn’t match what I selected, which was annoying since it should’ve been straightforward.
Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected and I had to explain the issue twice. What bothered me more was the canned apology response, like they just copied and pasted “sorry for the inconvenience” without really reading what I said. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t smooth either. 3 stars seems about right.

I liked the overall style, and the order confirmation email and receipt were clear and easy to follow. The pieces have a clean, classy look, but a few of them felt a bit too plain for my taste. I’m into simple designs, I just wish there were some more modern colors or little details to make them stand out. Nothing bad, just not as exciting as I was hoping

I reached out to customer service and, to be fair, they did eventually get back to me. The reply was helpful enough once it came through, so I can’t really complain about the actual answer. My issue is more with the wording around support times, it made it sound like I’d hear back quickly, but it took longer than I expected. Not terrible overall, just kind of annoying when the expectations don’t match the reality.
